Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene

OnForce™ Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene Composites

High Strength at Lower Weight When Compared to Metal

OnForce™ long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites provide extremely high stiffness and good impact resistance over a wide temperature performance range for metal replacement and other structural applications where high strength-to-weight ratio is key.  Using long glass fiber reinforcement in these formulations is an economical way to achieve a very strong thermoplastic solution that can be used for a variety of applications via injection molding.

In addition to high strength and impact performance, these products also perform well with cyclical fatigue and have a boost in performance for long term creep resistance.  The long glass fiber reinforcement also achieves great dimensional stability to depend on in assemblies.

OnForce formulations offer a reliable solution for demanding applications in transportation, industrial and outdoor markets.  Additive technologies such as custom color, lubrication and UV performance enhancement are also available for further customization.
